New on Dive: Collaborate on meeting agendas on any platform

We’re excited to introduce our newest feature: Standalone Agendas. Now you can access and utilize all the features of Dive agendas during your meeting - notes, action items, engagement activities, and more - no matter which platform you are meeting on.

We’re bringing the power of more productive and engaging meetings right to you - Zoom, Google Meet, MS Team, Slack or any other platform your team uses. No need to switch workflows or migrate to a new platform.

Here’s how it works:

1. Set up your meeting agenda

  1. Head to your Dive Meetings page and select the meeting that you want to build an agenda for.
  2. Fill your agenda with discussion items, notes, and Dive activities like Polls and Icebreakers.

2. Host your meeting, anywhere.

Meet on Google Meet with Dive’s meeting agenda
  1. When you’re ready to start your meeting, click “Start Meeting” in the top right of the Agenda and select “With Meet”. Your Google Meet meeting room will open in a new tab.
  2. Now your whole team can collaborate on your agenda and add notes!
  3. After your meeting, your participants will receive the agenda and follow up items to their emails.  You can share the agenda and action items by clicking “Share” in the top right corner.

Meet on Zoom with Dive’s meeting agenda
Using Dive agenda in a browser tab

Open your agenda in Dive, click “Start Meeting” in the top right and select “Without audio/visual”. Your Dive agenda will open in that tab, and you can share the agenda with your participants by clicked “Share” in the top right corner.

For the best experience - download the Dive App for Zoom!

Start your meeting on Zoom and open the Dive for Zoom app from the Apps section (if you haven’t yet, make sure to download the Dive App for Zoom). Select your meeting agenda and get started! The agenda will automatically update across platforms.

Meeting on other audio/visual tools with Dive’s meeting agenda
  1. When you’re ready to start the meeting, click “Start Meeting” in the top right and select “Without audio/visual”. Your Dive agenda will open in that tab, and you can share the agenda with your participants by clicked “Share” in the top right corner.
  2. Now your whole team can collaborate on your agenda and add notes! The agenda will update automatically.

You can use this method during meetings on MS Teams, Slack huddles, and even meetings that are taking place on several platforms at once.

3. Send follow-ups and action items to meeting participants

After the meeting, participants will automatically receive meetings notes and actions items to their emails. You can also send the notes to anyone by clicked “Share” in the top right of the agenda.

A note on security:
